CSE Hire Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully, as the placing of an order expresses your acceptance of these terms. Price and products are subject to change without notice. Delivery charges may apply depending on order value, distance and venue access, please contact our office for details.
1.1 Within these conditions the terms shall have these meanings.
1.2 The Company – Shall refer to Catering Supplies and Equipment and CSE Hire.
1.3 The Client – Shall refer to the person, persons, organisation, company or business that places and is responsible for the order.
1.4 Hired items – Shall refer to all items hired.
1.5 Delivery – Shall refer to a drop off point or place which must be on a ground floor and easily accessible.
1.6 Hire charges – The rate charged for the length of time the Hired items are on site.
1.7 Premises – The Companies business address: Unit 6b, Feidr Castell Business Park, Fishguard, Pembrokeshire SA65 9BB.
1.8 Force majure – shall cover any unforeseen event or circumstance which is deemed to be beyond the control of either party: Acts of God, weather or environmental conditions, flooding, industrial action, power failures, terrorist attacks, war or civil actions.
2.1 The Client shall pay The Company all deposits and hire charges on request.
2.2 The Client shall pay The Company for all lost, broken or damaged Hired items on request.
3. Delivery and Collection
3.1 The Client must ensure that access for delivery is suitable, stable and free from obstruction. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
3.2 The Client must ensure that egress for collection is suitable, stable and free from obstruction. Failure to do so may incur additional charges.
3.3 The Client shall ensure that all Hired items can be delivered and collected to and from a secured ground floor level.
3.4 The Client shall ensure that all hired items are returned to The Company in the containers, crates and boxes that they were delivered in. Lost or missing containers, crates and boxes will be charged for.
3.5 The Client shall ensure that any food and drink debris be removed or emptied from items prior to return.
3.6 The Company reserve the right to levy an extra charge if any hired items are not available for collection on the first attempt
3.7 The hire period shall run for 24 hours not including delivery and collection, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Acceptance and Responsibilities
4.1 The Company shall deliver all Hired items to site, once delivered it will be deemed to have been accepted by the Client.
4.2 The Client must check all hired items once delivered to site, any missing or damaged items must be reported to The Company within 24 hours
4.3 The Company will do its utmost to rectify any discrepancies at this time
4.4 The Client must take all reasonable precautions to protect the hired items from the elements, theft, vandalism, misuse and loss.
4.5 The Client must return the hired items to The Company in a fit state of repair.
4.6 The Client will be liable for any damage to the hired items or if the hired items are not returned in a reasonable state of cleanliness.
5. Hired items
5.1 The Company shall supply all hired items in a good condition, all crockery, cutlery and glassware will be delivered cleaned and ready to use.
5.2 The Company shall supply all cooking equipment in full working order with any test certificates available to view on request.
5.3 The Client must not interfere with any electrical or gas equipment hired from The Company. Any faults or breakdowns must be reported immediately.
5.4 The Company will not be held liable financially or otherwise due to the failure of any of the hired items.
6. Insurance and Liabilities
6.1 The Client must ensure that all hired items are covered by their own insurance policy; this must include any personal injury and third party insurance.
6.2 The Client must also ensure that their insurers waive any right of subrogation against The Company.
6.3 The company shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, indirect loss, damage, loss of business or claims arising of or as a result of misuse of any hired items.
7. Cancellation and Termination of Orders
7.1 The Client may cancel an order at any time up to and including 7 days prior to delivery without charge.
7.2 In the event that The Client has to cancel an order up to 168 hours prior to delivery The Company has the right to charge a cancellation fee of no more than 25%.
7.3 Force Majure – in the event of a Force Majure the Clients obligations shall remain unaffected.
8. All prices are subject to VAT at the current applicable rate and all invoices must be settled prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed with The Company.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a “cookie” which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
